amazo, duplicate boy, super adaptoid vs. earthman, black Alice, parasite.

fight is in asgard.
morals are on.

all of dc and marvel heroes and villains are present for the teams to copy.

As much as I wish that to be true, Black Alice or Amazo are the real contenders. Duplicate Boy is great but he can't go past Validus in power-level.
