I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.

Given that Lois was not edited out of this thread, I'm going to assume the question is actually "Who has the best fight RECORD, the DC character or the Marvel character?"
In which case:
Superman. Thor's been getting trashed the better part of 2 years now.
I'll give a slight nod to Hal Jordan; I've known Silver Surfer to deliberately "throw" fights. I've not known Jordan to do the same.
Gonna go with Beta Ray Bill.
Not sure I've known him to lose any fights, really.
Might not be accurate, but I get the "sense" that Black Adam wins more fights than Gladiator. I get the impression Gladiator "jobs" too much.
Hulk has had a pretty good win record since Greg Pak came on the scene. Doomsday, by contrast, has never been able to match the scope of menace he possessed in his first Superman-killing appearance.
I'm going to guess Iron Man.
Toss up. Were this Loebforce Rulk, I'd give him the win.
But he's been getting the short end of the stick since his depowering.
DC Hercules is often a villain that needs to be stopped, thus guaranteeing that he will be. Marvel Hercules has the better win record.
Roughly even split. DC Ares died pre-reboot, current seems to be dying; Thanos apparently cannot die. Perhaps a slight edge to Thanos for that fact ... ?
You've got to go back to the 1970s and 80s, but Lois Lane actually had her own comic book stories back in the day, her own title for a short while, and, believe it or not, she DID mix it up with people, sometimes as a normal star reporter, sometime as an undercover concerned citizen.
And yes, that includes serious gun, knife, and fist fights.
Unlike Elektra, Lois survived all her adventures, rarely even needing Superman's help, believe it or not.
If we consider her history that way, Lois takes the crown.
