Thunderstrike vs Iron Man (Bleeding Edge)

Iron Man.

Iron Man with Bleeding Edge tech and while mind controlled was able to briefly hold his own with a likewise mind controlled Thor (and yes this happened before "Thor's stock dropped"). And Tony is a phenomenal fighter when it comes to tactics and mixing it up. Guy has given Hulk, Rulk, Sentry, and others pause if not outright put on the pain. And he recently bowled Mangog over with a New York City amped Unibeam.

Masterson Thor would be a better fight for Iron Man, tbh.
