God, the CIS would be strong with this group. Unless we assume that Doom provided them with a plan, historically, most Sinister 6's have been led by someone with leadership and tactical skills. And they STILL usually fall apart in a "we can't work together HURRRR" mess. Who's leading...Chameleon? F4 dominates.

Human Torch's power set and the symbiote don't really get along. Gargan would get stripped of the suit then wet himself.
Torch takes out Sandy, Venom, and Hydro. Sue mind-bubbles the rest.
