Silver Surfer has show strength to make Rhino get on his knees by grabbing his horn and forcing him to his knees yeah the jokes are coming but seriously and durability withstand the outer space.

I don't dispute Surfer's strength or durability, but I don't think he could beat this time relying solely on strength and durability without BFR even with his often no limits fallacy applied amping.
