Most well rounded characters out there

Vote the most well-rounded characters in comics in the following categories.These doesn't necessarily have to be the guy that beats their peers in combat but rather who impresses the most in a range of aspects. Factor in who is the most comprehensively developed in most areas and the most versatile.

1. High Herald
2. Low-Mid herald
3. Mid-High Metahuman
4. Low Metahuman
5. Streetleveller

ok ill start off

HH - Superman. Superspeed, super-strength, near invulnerability, potent range attacks(hv, superbreath), extremely effective detection capabilities, flight, alien tech knowledge.

LMH - Blackbolt. Electron manipulation granting range of attacks in melee, area of effect attacks, transmutation, flight, metahuman strength, durability, etc

MHM - Mister Sinister. Tp, Tk, Shapeshifting, range attacks, Near immortality and top knotch regen, Scientific expertise

LM - Spider-man. Enhanced Speed, Strength, Agility, durability, Reflexes, limited precog, range incapacitating capabilities(webs), decent mobility, scientific expertise

STL- batman. Elite martial arts skills, peak human physiology, advance scientific knowledge, formidable equipment and resources

Not sure if streetlevel or low meta, but.... Bouncing Boy.

High Meta, Plastic Man (if he blows himself up into a ball, like he does sometimes).

Low Herald, one of those GLs from a spherical species, you know the ones I'm talking about.
