One of the various worlds/dimensions incorporated into the QMs Helix-ship was the planet Zrfff, home of the 5th dimensional race. I don't necessarily know what that was supposed to represent from a power standpoint, but it certainly implied that the QMs were above even 5-d beings. /shrug

For real? I need to re-read Heaven's Ladder. I remember seeing 5-D Imps and them actually dying, but I don't remember most of the specifics of it. How were the QM actually beaten?
