yellow lantern Joker, deadman & DCnU Grundy Vs.....

Wolverine with Mjolnir, Maestro & Magneto.
For the sake of this fight, let's pretend Joker has as much experience with the ring as Sinestro and wolverine has same experience as Thor with Mjolnir.

Joker is too insane to use a ring, constructs would just be random blobs of nothing.

Wolverine is too dumb too use Mjolnir well.

As for thread, mags uses wolverine as a electrical charged wrecking ball.

I think joker would be able to do some damage with a yellow ring, he's set-up some elaborate traps in the past which leads me to believe he could come up with some amazing constructs.
I only see Mags tactic working on Grundy, Deadman can use his invisibility or intangibility to avoid the attack, Joker's shield's or defensive constructs should do the trick as well.
