Wouldnt Hulk be able to beat any physical form Meta takes, and be able to thunderclap away any gaseous form he takes? So unless Meta turns liquid and gets Hulk to swallow him (which Hulk could possibly then puke up), not sure Meta has a chance here (especially against such a powerful form of Hulk at that).
