Blob is going to stand there and let himself get punched in the gut. He is braced and ready for it, and he will say stuff like "Ha, I'm the Blob, ya rube!" but otherwise he is not fighting back.
Each character gets one single punch, the best they can muster, straight to Blob's gut. But physical only - no amping/energy wielding unless specified.
1) Superior Spider-Man
2) Colossus
3) Thor
4) Current Avengers Hulk
5) Captain America (Hulkbuster punch)
6) Juggernaut
7) Fully confident Gladiator
8) Iron Fist with Iron Fist on
9) Thor with Mjolnir in hand
10) HOTM Hulk
11) Zeus (Hulk vomit punch)
12) Voided out Sentry
Bonus round:
13) Living Tribunal manifested at regular human size
Who does what damage to Blob? Or does Blob tank it?
Spidey breaks his arm and cries
Thor KOs himself
Cap punches Blob out, because fuk powersets
Uber-Hulk blows himself up and dies
Zeus punches the invulnerability out of Fred killing him
LT makes a hole in him
Void splits him in two
Lord Rand fists him out of existence

I think Blob gets up to #10, qualifying that by saying I'm not sure what effect Iron Fist's punches have on living people, for it seems to be one of those mystical energy attacks that break ordinary rules of physics.
Barring that, I can see Blob tanking everything up to #10, basically everything up to what Classic Savage Hulk would ordinarily deliver if reasonably annoyed.
Because Blob has already tanked punches from Savage Hulk on the comic page.
