Loebforce Rulk is the only one with a shot at beating Odin. He already drain a portion of the Odinforce that was inside Thor when they first met. He KOed a Watcher and killed an Elder.

Well according to some pictures Red Hulk was able to drain the cosmic energy from Uatu who imo is more powerful then Odin and Absorbing Man was able to absorb a piece or more of a cosmic cube so I don't see why they wouldn't have a prayer.
