What has he carried that is on the level of Batwing? Standard equipment, of course. And how does he get through the armor and avoid Batwing's speed/flight?

Batwing is more versatile, I think. Sonic attacks, energy projectiles, electricity, increased speed and strength, etc... Not to mention flight.
