Bane fought both of them in those comics. Check his respect thread third page i think.

Anyway Joker seems to posses superhuman level durability or at least he can really take a beating. Its hard to count how many times he has been koed, stabbed, shotted, been in range of explosions, survived falls from 100s of feet.
