I don't know blur's upper limits but I know he fought ultimate quicksilver who was fast enough to move and make everything/everyone seem as if they were standing still and off handedly mentioned he was doing Mach 10 when he 'still had pimples' . Off the top of my head I can't remember blur's feats in supreme power.
^Ultimate Quick sliver is bloody fast. He can run across the world o multiple countries and back with something before a person can notice. Really, he's had some crazy feats in the new books.
In Supreme power his best feat is crossing several states in a few minutes despite having had to stop somewhere for some of it

Whatever it was it seems like a crazy exaggeration. I feel like either Peter's face would be mush or Speed Demon's hands would be broke shriveled things
It's a close one, but I think that Blur would be faster. He's around Supreme Power Hyperion's speed.
Pete sometimes makes hyberbolic statements but that was Otto and it didnt sound like he was exaggerating or givving some random number. He said something like "He's fast. Landing thousands of hits in a fraction of a second." So im undecided.

Thats weird... google "speed demon superior spider-man" and on the very first page you'll find the exact same scan except in that one he says "thousands" instead of "hundreds"...
