Thanos in the Destroyer Armor vs. Odin
Odin can't reclaim the destroyer or throw Thanos out of it... He needs to physically beat hm in it. Does he?

Odin.
Even if he's barred from taking Thanos' soul out of the armor, he's still powerful enough to destroy the armor.

Odin wins, he can stop time like he did against Loki and remove him Thanos. Odin still can absorb all of Asgard and rage stomp Thanos, Odin still has options.

I wouldn't put Thanos' power output in the same league as Odin, no.

What would Odin have up his sleeve to take out Thanos in the destroyer?

Intense energy projection.
To me, if King Thor with the Odin Force and Mjolnir could one shot demolish the Armor, then Odin himself under his own power would fare at least as well.

Thanos isn't explicitly immune to godly energies nor absorbs them like Desak was, who was physically merged with the armor. And the Odin Force was able to, in the end, stop him.
In this case, I'm assuming Thanos' spirit/soul is animating it, in which case the armor would still ultimately fall before Odin.

Phuckin' fail. Fear Itself was the biggest PoS event in Marvel history, dwarfing even Chaos War.
