Omni-Man VS Terrax

Terrax Former herald of Galactus gets lost on his way to earth in his attempt to kill the sentry for whatever humiliation he might of felt for having his axe broken (don't worry his axe is fixed and ready for a fight)
By 'lost' I mean he finds an alternate earth, the invincible verse earth.

He lands in NYC looking for a fight and announces himself in dramatic fashion.

Omni-man so happens to be around and doesnt like what he hears.
He takes the fight to the big mouth.

Both are brutal and willing to kill eachother. Who wins? Why? How?

I'm way behind in Invincible, but unless Omni-man has gotten a recent boost Terrax wins this fairly easily.

Impressive. However, does Omni-Man have any other feats near that level as it seems inconsistent with the comics I have read and we all know how weird power levels can get in crossovers.

Edit: Forgot both were Image comics for awhile there...
