Unless Batman hits him with a bat missle. Mutant healing Factor is a supposedly unbeatable tool. It negates skill and intelligence all the time in marvel.

Mutant healing factor is sufficient for the kill along with enhanced senses, stamina, speed and agility and pheromones that disorient his opponent. He is several notches above Batman.
Not really unbeatable.. Deadpool had the right idea when he tried drowning Wolverine.
Standard melee doesn't work as well, but anyone with cold powers could take them, for one.
