Anti-Venom has only shown the ability to remove impurities from outside sources. Like Spidey's radioactive mutate powers or Radioactive Man's powers or a girls heroin addiction or purging the original Venom Symbiote.
There's no evidence at all that he'd be able to take a mutant's natural abilities away.
