ever since thunderbolts i lost any respect to mister x, marvel brought up a good character just to make him a punching bag for the golden good guys as usual.
That said, team 1 looses due to the extraneous variables presented by strategies which offset each other.
If it were one Midnighter, he'd solo team 2.
