The adjudicator is capable of wiping out beings from existence, and most importantly, obliterating universes with a gesture. Though he has a low showing against wonder woman, but still. Shaper of Worlds has done nothing to suggest that he could take on adjudicator, not to mention that part of his reality warping power is dependent upon others.

Adjudicator wins, comfortably, imo.
