Shield vs. Asgard
This is a rehash of siege but instead of norman osborn backed up faction,
Its just plain old shield with nick fury sr. Leading it.
Shield gets every personnel that are actual shield agent not just affiliated/sanctioned team (avengers, etc). Nick fury jr, quake, coulson, hill, dugan, etc.
Asgard is at full power but without thor and anyone near skyfather level like odin or the greatmothers. They are headed by baldur and any other asgardian like loki and the enchantress are included and will work without the penchant to betray.
Fight takes place in oklahoma where asgardia resided
