Thor is naturally inbued with power from Gaea and Odin. The magic portion only lends to Mjolnir.

I think the question would be does she cancel the enchantments on Mjolnir? or perhaps override them to take control of the hammer?

Whenever she yanks someone's power, any enchanted item that is them-only works for her regardless of normal qualifications (the hammer would regard her as Thor, in short).

This includes stuff like the Helmet of Fate, which is even more powerful than Mjolnir and is actively intelligent, as well as the Starheart and the power of Marvel family members.

Alice has duped the abilities of a 5th dimensional imp, Phantom Stranger, and Spectre(among many others)-- she can definitely dupe Thor/Mjolnir.

What's important to remember is that when Alice dupes a magical ability, the 'dupee' loses their powers for as long as Alice has them:

So yeah, Alice wins. There's really not one magical entity I'd put above her.
