If she can get him on the ground, rapid strikes, tailgrab, finish. Just like has happened to Superman and Wonder Woman on occasion.

If he can get out of her reach, then she can dodge his shots, but Grav node, then grav pulse for the KO.

She's a total ambush/blitz fighter. If she can get things in her favor in the first few seconds, she'll win, if not, she's screwed.

Mind you, she does have super-jumping and stuff. It's not like he has to stay at the ground, near the ground is bad enough.

While I did catch midset's sarcasm ( the use of plural for cheetahs / speeds) and inference he was referring to the animal not the character I was going to point out also her speed is more like light speed. especially after Zoom's "training" and her blitzing Wally.

I still think she's skrewed here because Ryder will simply attack with energy blasts from a distance and use shields to prevent her getting near.

She's tailor made for Richie's powerset. She ain't winning with speed.

He has way too many options.
