Nate has more exotic powers going for him.

Stepping in btween Moments. Space/Time Freeze. Mental energy drain.

It wold make it an 7/10 fight in Nates favor. Otherwise its even.

Didn't TS muck with time as well in the last Tangent series? I think he also read someone's mind in another universe as well.

I dont recall TS messing with time. And Nate showed superior range with his telepathy. But I didnt really consider range a big factor. Sage can detect minds across the as well and she is a low level telepath.

But if you exlude all of Nates exotic powers, they are well matched.
