 John Constantine vs. Loki
Ok both have 3 days prep at their disposal. They can cheat, trick, steal, bribe, coerce, blackmail from any magical sources/entities that doesnt exceed high skyfather level to fight for them.
Loki is at his current form in young avengers, adult but not quite back to his former power levels(think kid loki but with more juice).

as far as i know, the only people who could beat constantine are phantom stranger and pandora(correct me if I'm wrong) they're immortal, so loki is not, so. yeah loki losses hard.
