Near infinite weapons on hand through teleportation tech, extremely durable and pain resistant (Carmen was thrown out of a high rise building, broke her neck, and easily snapped it back), and their fight with Transhuman shows that their meta. Actually Carmen said they are post human.

How meta?

Guns are nice and all, but Shiva's not going to get hit by bullets. And Canary's firepower is more impressive than a gun's for that matter.

Carmen was basically laughing off Transhuman (cybernetic enhanced) and beat his ass down. They even had ammo that could breach force fields.

IIRC, Bonnie was hit by a sonic scream similar to the Canary Cry when Resurrection Man developed that power. So, they're pretty durable.
