Depends very much so if we take Spawn at his average showings, or a specific story arc of Spawn at his most powerful. The way we have Iron Man specifically being the Godkiller iteration, and Spawn being just plain Spawn, leads me to believe it's at his average portrayals.
Otherwise, we might as well have WBH and RK Thor....and Parallax Hal, with Golden Superman Prime.
