Golden Age Superman vs. Mr. Fixit

Here's an interesting match up for folks to chew on:

Origin Superman (Action Comics)

vs.

Mr. Fixit (Grey Hulk)

He's faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive, and able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.
Can he take on Hulk's weakest modern incarnation?

Backdrop :
Standard starting power levels.
All standard win conditions allowed (BFR, K.O., Kill, Trap, Surrender)
No Prep
Fight takes place in a lightly populated rural town.

Who takes it?

I did the math a while back, and based on his listed Feats at the time, Origin Superman would approximate to:

Roughly Class 50 strength
Luke Cage Class Durability
Sonic Class Speed
Juggernaut Class Super Jump

In effect, Origin Superman would be akin to taking Luke Cage, giving him Quick Silver's speed, and giving him a solid Super Jump.

A sonic speed, Class 50, super-leaper, with enhanced durability

vs

A slower moving, Class 100, super-leaper, with enhanced healing

Seemed a fun idea.

Wasn't fix it slightly below classic Thing level ( around the 70/80 ton range)

Thanks. In that case I believe Fixit wins

The only chance Golden age is to wear him down like a fast boxer will try to defeat a stronger boxer.

It will be an interesting fight.

Yep.

Per Bio- Class 80 start, with amping power to grow stronger

Later Grey (non-Fixit) showings place him at a stronger level.
But I'm specifically shooting for the lower end of Vegas Enforcer Fixit here. Zoot Suite and a pair of Gatlin guns, lol.

That was my thought too, bud.

Superman would need to use his speed to really work the hit and run.
Wear Grey down like Pineapple Thing did; but with superior speed rather than superior strength.
Avoid grapples. Avoid trading punches. And avoid witty banter. Take it to Fixit fast and calculated- and he has a shot.
Toy with him, make him overly angry, or try going toe to toe with him- and Origin Supes gets stomped.

It would be a very cerebral fight for Clark. I'd really like to read this one.
