The Greatest Captains

Who are the greatest captains in all of comics? Rank the characters who've had the title of 'captain'. Top three for each category. Anyone who has had the title 'captain' for a decently significant amount of time is eligible. Below is a list of some notable captains in alphabetical order, but is not necessarily an exhaustive list. Feel free to add your own as you see fit.

Captain America for obvious reasons.

Mar-Vell would come in second in my book. I think this scan speaks for the characters overall integrity.
