I would say Thor's damage soak is somewhat dynamic but not so much his strength. His strength is rather static for the most part. Thor has no qualms about killing on the level Superman or Hulk does. It's hard to gauge Thor's strength anyway since he often is seen hitting with a godly magical weapon that amps the shit out of strikes.

Thor is not known for dynamic strength. Hulk is.
