Zsasz is pretty tough even Batman has difficulty taking him down without seriously injuring him. I view EP as missing the edge to truly make this one sided.
Granted Zsasz is my favorite bat rogue, so I'm biased.

True. But he's still a human with no armour, just a knife, and lots of pain resistance, right?
Whereas Ignatius had skin which was pretty tough (made of bark?) And was pretty strong.
