While Havok hits really really hard for his weight class, he in no way can come close to comparing with Quasar.

While personally don't believe even then they can win, but it's be interesting if this was Cyke and Havok both having a beam battle with Quasar. Especially if someone defended the duo to see what kind of chance they have.
