If Speedball knew how to use his powers offensively I think that he'd be a lot like the Juggernaut in that if anyone hit him he coud redirect their powers back at them like he did to Terrax. At this point I'd say that Terrax would be the most powerful character that he can beat. Also so that no one gets confused, I meant in terms of hurting him when i compared him to the Juggernaut.

1) Cannonball's powers
2) Sebastian Shaw's kinetic energy powers
3) Nightcrawler's teleporting, but he is limited to only teleporting himself. 4) Multiple Man's powers
I think it would be interesting to see who Speedball in this form could take down. Imagine a guy bouncing off the walls at rocket speed coming straight at his opponent and hitting him with the blast shield on. Then imagine he could bamf away and with conservation of momentum suddenly hit you from a completely different direction or avoid the opponent's attacks. Then imagine dozens or hundreds of them all bouncing of the walls and each other everywhere and attacking like that from every direction, all of them getting stronger with each bounce and with each hit.
And if the opponent is still standing after some of that he then faces an army of kinetically amped Speedballs to finish the beatdown.
Meh... Speedball with the powers of shaw and night crawler wouldn't go as far are shaw with speedballs powers. I'd put his fighting skills above the kid even when he was penance....
But the damage soak on shaw already plus the speed boost and the ability to return damage either physically or through whatever you call the speedball energy... Against purely physical types I could see him going up to people like hulk and Thor and winning.
