It should be Superman, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Thor and Blue Marvel VS World Breaker Hulk and World Breaker Hulk would still win.
At that state he is at a point where regular high herald damage won't get past his healing factor. Especially not the limited ranged attacks his opponents would have. For example Superman and Supergirl would try to Heat Vision him from a distance, which wouldn't do any real harm to him, simply because his healing factor would be healing the damage so fast, that they would never even burn the first layer of his skin, let alone break through to his muscle tissue.
With Hulk noth being able to fly he would rely on his Thunderclaps and they would generate so much force that they would push everyone back miles and miles away, probably frustrating them and forcing them to engage him in close combat to be more effective and at that point their bones would start cracking from only a couple of hits.
All of this is considering their speed being equal.
If Superman, Wonder Woman and Supergirl have their speed advantage, then they would have to wait for a gamma shockwave to wear off and speedblitz the Hulk into the Sun, which would end the fight ...
... unless you're Carver, because then the Hulk will have the option to jump off the Sun rays back to the battlefield and continue to fight.
This is supposed to be Pre 52 Clark and Diana and Kara, not the new 52, by the way...Do You believe that WB Hulk has enough durability to withstand one ton of punches from Superman? (speed is not equalized)
I'm not saying Superman one shot Hulk, by any means, even so Superman has feats of strength and durability that he could handle a fight against this Hulk.
Strenght - enough to destroy a moon and according Superman, when he was fighting against Black Adam, his punches could destroy the moon into two pieces.
Durability - enough to endure planetary attacks. Superman survived the merger between Apokolips and New Genesis into a single new planet.
Planetary attacks from Hulk (Heart of the Monster #6) would give enough damage to Superman, but considered the deeds of his strength, he would have a chance to hold them.
Pre DCnU Superman would see the danger go into his OWAW Mindset and end WBH. WW is faster and more skilled and would take Thor, Supergirl was still better than BM and would end him.

WB Hulk is not a Herald level character, not sure why people try to drag him down to that level? This isn't a fair fight at all, team 2 wins all day every day.
