No prep? Jordan wins. More experienced with the ring and greater willpower, imo. Though Bruce is the better tactician. After Bruce gets lots of experience with ring it might be a different outcome.

It's also based on intelligence. I won't deny that Hal has the experience, but you're forgetting Batman's other abilities, and gadgets. Oh and Batman took away Green Lantern's ring once without him even noticing if you remember (Not that it'd factor into the fight, but if measures become desperate, it's a last-resort tactic.)
Batman knows 127 Martial Arts and has mastered them all. Concentration also plays a huge part in the ring's effectiveness. Batman would think of a way to distract him, and Hal would definitely fall for it. He would outsmart him.
No, batman has zero experience with a ring and he has no feats with one. When batman grabbed Hal's ring that was new 52 Hal when he was not experienced. Martial arts will do literally nothing against an experienced ring bearer, especially a person as experienced as Hal. When it comes down to it you literally have no substance to back your argument because batman has no feats with a GL rind and hal has a plethora of them. If this is new 52 Hal, he stomps, if it is pre 52, curbstomp.
