Batman is a genius, especially when it comes to detective work and the like. But Banner is one of the smartest people on Earth. Easily top tier along with minds like Reed Richards, Amadaeus Cho and Stark. And recently he's been getting a push despite him already being known as one of the top minds on Marvel Earth. Like in under a week he invented a water purifier that could prevent any waterborne disaster for the next five years. A catalytic converter which could cure countless people from smoke induced cancers. A suit of armor that lets him breathe underwater and survive absolute zero. And he's just whipping these up in his spare time. This is after he made the Old Power Taser and a forcefield that could stand up to hits from a full power Juggernaut. Batman's tech and gadgets are cool, but he doesn't do stuff like this on such a regular basis and with the ease that Banner does. Tony even admitted that he wasn't smart enough to build some of the stuff Banner was coming up with.
A week for Banner would be bad for Wayne. With the frighteningly short amount of time it takes for Banner to come up with stuff. A business week for him would have like every contingency possible to be thought of. Banner would probably bring his parents back to life and get them to talk him down or something.
This. Not to mention, apart from the other brains like Reed/Pym, Banner is actually a dick about things, and sadistic. He'd do things and imagine things they won't.
Three words for you " old power gun" Batman is screwed.
Another two words "nanite tech" overroad some of the devices mm of the greatest minds in Marvel Bruce (Wayne) is fubar. Sorry dont buy into bat god syndrome
Nice analyses, but I would say Brother Eye, his plans for taking the JLA down, and his Hellbat suit are on par with Banner's stuff. Wayne is also getting a push lately.
I'd say Brother Eye is his greatest accomplishment (It was revealed that he did build it, IIRC), but he didn't use a Father Box to boost it, he used a Mother Box.
Brother eye was an amazing accomplishment, and yes he used a motherbox. I was stating that in addition to that he also has access to a father box, the hellbat suit, multiple power rings, and technical expertise that surpasses cyborg.
A lot of the stuff you named off weren't built from Batman alone, thus not really applicable for prep battle feats.... Unless you want Banner calling in friends aswell

Batman is smarter across more fields that Banner is. Hes alot more adept at figuring out solutions in a battle, especially a future one, this is they guy who has effective plans for taking down people like Superman and zWonder Woman, he is not to be taken lightly.
It was built before it was serving Cadmus, IIRC. Bruce basically made it as a spy satellite that could breach any system. It's so advanced that when Maxwell Lord THOUGHT he destroyed it, it still lived on in Kevin Kho.
Bruce placed a Mother Box inside Brother Eye after it was built.
