Vic wins, he was trained by Richard Dragon and has at least put up a good battle against Shiva. She still would have won if she kept going, but he did ok against her for a bit in the second fight (lasted at least 3 pages IIRC)

Yeah, prior to training, i think Rorschach would have won.
Thankfully Denny O'niel made sure Vic went up a few levels in bad ass as soon as DC green lit the original series.

Loved that series, That and Question Quarterly were easily the grittiest street level book around IMO.
