^ Mostly the lack of feats on DC's side. Classic Ion was implied to be above Spectre and multiversal but really has no feats (edit - though i guess Oblivion's feats apply but still not multiversal). Krona w/ entities literally has no place here, because the emotional entities require hosts to be powerful; without hosts they can be owned by regular GLs. WL Kyle, while powerful, lacks experience. Volthoom is universal at best. ZHP is the only one who is a legit multiversal being. While Marvel has MoD, MJJ, and Jamie is multi universal. Legion and Franklin are casual universal warpers.
All in all, DC lacks the feats to compete with Marvel's. This isn't to say that it's a stomp by any means though, it's pretty close.
