(Batman) has a year of experience with Dracula's powers before his encounter with Superman.

(Superman) does not know of Batman's new Dracula powers before there encounter.

I think everyone knows already I had to Nerf Batman in order to make this a fight. Even more so due to it being a no prep fight.
