Multiple Man.
Rogue takes on Nemesis Kid's powers of adapting to beat any ONE foe.
She then takes on Multiple Man's powers of .....multiplying.
Essentially, Nemesis Kid will be multiplied, and take on your team. At the speed of light.
Or, Zoom alone would do it. Rip Hunter could do it. Essentially, any time traveller would wipe the floor with your team.

Backwards spells/magic spells at the speed of light, stacking on top of each other. Deadman can easily possess Pointer, and turn him against the others.
Abstract level entities are not needed for your team.

Or the easy option:
Deathseed Sentry (was shown to be stronger than Rogue when she had all the heroes' powers, and had already beaten Thor)
X-man (Pointer needed help from Mimic to beat him)
She-Rulk with power gem (she was his equal when he was WBH, so stalemate).
Again, no need for abstracts.
