Exiles Surfer vs. Thanos (with stips)

Stipulations are:

1. The Gladiator that the Surfer fought is equal in power and ability to his 616 counterpart (at high confidence).

2. Exiles Surfer has all of 616 counterpart's powers and abilities (speed, matter manip, etc.)

3. Fight starts on indestructible barren planet but battle field is entire solar system the size of our own.

who wins?

Bonus fights!

A. Exiles Surfer vs. Stable Sentry (not Death Sentry)
and
B. Exiles Surfer vs. Death Sentry
both with same stips

Well, due to my calculations - Thanos is 1 billion times faster, stronger, more powerful than Exiles Surfer. And I checked with Matt Damon, so.... it's correct.
