Master of World comes to Gotham in his ship it hovers over Gotham about 2000 feet above ground. For one week he preps for domination can he be stopped? Heros/Villains can work together or separately. No outside aid.
This says he one shotted Namor with a pressure point. So he seems out of Gothams league.

Just a few lines down, there's scans of him discovering the fact that Magus was behind the universe mergers. This despite the fact that Magus had specifically hidden himself from all the great powers of the universe (even the LT?) using the combined might of FIVE CCUs!
