Ronan tears the armor apart, Mandarin defeat SS, and then goes on to barely defeat Ronan. Unless the Universal weapon has the ability to defy the rings. If it can, Ronan's team wins.
I don't think that SS can beat the Mandarin. I think that Tony would be destroyed by Ronan though, mainly because of the UW. Tony also has his own shields, and we can't exactly give the SS Susan's feats.
