So, 80s team is one member shy while he's tied up in litigation?
Interesting theory.

He can afford to settle.

What power level was Jean at during her X-Factor days?

Her and Iceman both improved their abilities a lot over the years. If they are at greatly reduced power, Quicksilver is the most dangerous, if they are current, I don't think team 2 can win.

Jean was at normal (non Phoemix) levels. Going by that pic Iceman had the belt that regulated his amped out of control power.

Im inclined to say Team 90's due to quicksilver, but the Iceman Jean combo may be enough, before QS takes them out.

IMHO the 80s team.

Cyke can handle Havok.
Jean vs Polaris is a tossup.
Strong Guy manhandles Beast.
Archangel destroys Wolfsbane.
Iceman easily handles Multiple Man.

So T1 for the majority.

Who says 80's Cyke handles 90's Havok? 90's havok was better than 80's Scott. Hovok is more seasoned here and their powers cancel out each others.

Jean and Lorna may not be a tossup considering Polaris would be open to a mind attack.

And you forgot about QS.

I still like Scott in this fight. Like you said, their powers cancel each other out so it comes down to h2h fighting. Scott is no slouch h2h, even in his mid 70s X-men days he gave Wolverine a good tussle.

Jean didn't have her TP during this phase of her career. She lost it but her TK was much more powerful.

90s Quicksilver was nothing impressive. Iceman can handle him.
