616 Terrax or current from alternate universe?

Which Ultimo? There have been so many versions and retcons. I remember Classic Ultimo and modern incarnation that New Avengers fought. In Marvel Ultimate Alliance game, The Mandarin mentioned the model made out of vibranium and titanium, but I have no idea if it had a comic counterpart.

While not a pushover, Ultimo was an intimidating Iron Man villain, not a cosmic threat. Terrax and Ronan would lose against Glads 1v1, but both would be good fights. Together, Kallark is in trouble.
