In a comic, not many cause of CIS/PIS. In a forum fight, quite a few.

For example, he'd slag any non-flying brick without true invulnerability : Thing, Colossus, Luke Cage, etc..

Other examples include mid meta level glass canons : Storm (this fight already happened and he admitted he could beat her if he went all out but he didn't want to kill her so he let her win), Cyclops, Havok, etc..

There are 2 nova attacks, actually.

The single-target one (just a more powerful handblast) and the omnidirectional one you posted, zop. The latter requires more time for Johnny to charge.

And we all know how fast lightning is stick out tongue
