He has a counter for EVERYTHING Dracula does. Plus I'm betting he can use his EM powers to simulate sunlight, then it's lights out for Drac.

Yes. In the final scene, when Xavier puts Logan to sleep, his claws look more like they should.

But what if Drac sends some super s3xy Romanian vampiric strippers to Mags room at 2 in the morning fully eqipped with alcohol and weed, and once they got him relaxed, high, and drunk as hell, bite him and drain him dry?

Drac could claim victory that way... smile

Hypnotism-Magneto has the helmet, or innate resistance, depending on who's writing. Magneto is virtually immune to this sort of attack, even if writers can't quite decide why.

Weather control-Magneto has a force-field that can resist Storm's best.

Beast swarm control-Magneto's force-field can casually resist bats, rats, wolves, etc, even in the millions.

Mistform-Magneto can capture this in a force-field bubble.

Strength of 20 men-again, nothing that can get past the force-field.

pretty certain that Drac is stronger than twenty men. IIRC, he owned the silver surfer once before and he was physically tussling with the hulk when he was possessed by Nul's hammer during fear itself.

... this didn't happen. He got owned by one casual AoE attack.

He IS stronger than 20 men though, no doubt about that, he caught Colossus' punch, for example.
