Wasnt Majestic made to basically one up Supes? He should win a decent majority here. Bills a badass and the only Thor clone I like but he should probably lose to Majestic. But I dont know crap about the NU one.
Majestic, slight edge. BRBs strengths don't really play into this fight as well as with some others at this level. It would be an awesome fight though.
Without Blades, Bill wins. Stormbreaker is too much for Majestros to overcome.
With them, split. Majestic should have the damaging edge but Bill is sometimes portrayed as a being who can withstand crippling damage without pain. Plus I'll take Stormbreaker over the creation blades any day.
So judging from the comments about how Majestic might win, but not easily and all that..I must then assume this version of Maj has zero super speed to speak of? Since if his speed was anything like previous versions this would be a stomp.
