I'd say Sister Superior pretty solidly. She has some biological parts so she'd best keep her distance, but she has forcefields and *tremendous* firepower, including exotic attacks like sonics, which I do not think Red can withstand.
Right, especially as her force-fields are point force fields (i.e. they make a little field directly in front of attacks, they aren't bubbles), so she only has her cybernetics to help her. And I'm not sure the degree of effectiveness.
Staying back and blasting is definitely the thing to do- Vera can keep Red from getting remotely near her no question.
Aren't her cybernetics only in her arms? She'd have to be...like BFR range to not be effected if he's pumping them out full force iirc. I guess she could just blast him until she keels over, but he's taken some pretty hardcore punishment without even flinching.
Her limbs are completely replaced, but she's also got something in her heart, her pupils are square, etc.. Vera has cybernetics throughout- I mean, Superman bounced her face off a street with a punch once- but only the limbs are 100%.
Staying at max range and blasting does strike me as the best option. I'd think one of her exotic blasts may KO him if nothing else.
If Chamber blasting him from point blank and launching him a couple miles only pissed him off, I'm not sure...unless by exotic you mean something like neural stun or gas or something sheer durability can't defend against.
Ok, at one point the JL Elite went under cover as Coldcast's 'villain crew' (Coldcast had gone legit, but word wasn't exactly out).
So you had Blur (or Echo? Some pretty generic name), the Nothing*, and Miss Morphine, who were really Flash in a different costume, Cassandra Cain wearing a thanagarian shadow belt, and Vera Black in a holodisguise shooting drug needles.
*Thing I love- Nothing was 'Kasumi' with a shadow belt. Kasumi was Batgirl with swords and burn makeup to begin with. Batgirl is Cassandra Cain. Secret-ID-ception!
