I'd like to say that it's a stalemate, but... despite his vast power, Shaw is more likely to go down first.

They're pretty much unstoppable. Thing is, we saw Shaw's limits like in his fights against Magneto or Namor. With Morlun, there's always a need for some extreme plot device, example being an exposure to specific radiation or BFR.

Morlun is strong enough to tear through adamantium like a wet tissue.

He's easily strong enough to choke Sebastian to death or find some other way to suffocate him.

True, but Morlun did note that Genis had a considerable power level.

We know that Morlun hits harder than Thor or Hulk. We know that he can tear through adamantium - even if we assume it was just secondary adamantium, it still puts him really high in the strength department.

Emptying web cartridges didn't even slow him down - for a comparison, Extremis Iron Man got incapacitated for a brief time.

Vibranium-core nuclear-tipped shells have failed to do the job, too:

We haven't even slowed his approach.

Getting stabbed doesn't bother him.

He operates at a higher power level than Shaw, plain and simple.
